322 Explanation to jury
If, on the trial by jury of an accused charged with an indictable
offence, evidence is adduced that tends to establish that the accused
is entitled to a special verdict of not guilty because of mental
impairment, the court shall explain to the jury the verdicts that may
be returned at the trial and the legal and practical consequences of
those verdicts.
