299 Multiple alternative verdicts
If—
(a) a person is on trial for an offence against this Act; and
(b) under this Act, the jury may find the accused not guilty of the
offence charged but guilty of another offence against this Act;
and
(c) there is more than 1 other offence of which the accused may be
found guilty;
then, notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the accused is
not liable to be convicted of more than 1 such other offence.
