274 General averment of intent to defraud or injure
(1) If it is necessary to allege an intent to defraud, or injure, it shall be
sufficient to allege that the accused did the act with the intent, without
alleging an intent to defraud, or injure, any particular person.
(2) In an indictment for doing an act fraudulently, or for a fraudulent
purpose, it shall not be necessary to state what was the fraudulent
intent, or purpose.
