272 Property of partners or joint owners
(1) If, in any indictment, it is necessary to mention, for any purpose, any
partners, joint tenants or tenants in common, it shall be sufficient to
describe them by naming 1 of them, and referring to the rest as
‘another’, or ‘others’, as the case may be.
(2) This section shall extend to all joint-stock companies, executors,
administrators, and trustees.
