252U Fortification inspection order
(1) On application, the Magistrates Court may make a fortification
inspection order if satisfied that—
(a) a fortification removal order was in effect for the premises
within the previous 3 years; and
(b) the chief police officer has reasonable grounds to believe the
premises are fortified.
(2) A fortification inspection order must—
(a) identify the premises; and
(b) set out the powers of the police to inspect a fortification under
section 252W.
