210A Definitions—div 10.4A crime scene means a crime scene established under section 210E. crime scene power means a power exercisable by a police officer under section 210G. private premises means premises other than a public place. Note Premises includes a place or conveyance (see s 185). (a) an offence punishable by imprisonment for 5 years or longer; or (b) an offence arising out of the use of a motor vehicle that has resulted in the death or serious injury of a person; or (c) a family violence offence within the meaning of the Family Violence Act 2016; or (d) an offence in another jurisdiction that would be a serious offence if committed in the ACT.
