162 Person unlawfully at large (a) in accordance with a permission given under a law of the Territory, the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory, leaves a correctional centre, lockup or another place of lawful detention where the person is detained, in custody or detained during pleasure in relation to an offence against a law of the Territory, the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory; and (b) fails, without reasonable excuse, to return to that correctional centre, lockup or place in accordance with that permission;
