15Manslaughter

15 Manslaughter (1) Except if a law expressly provides otherwise, an unlawful homicide that is not, under section 12, murder shall be taken to be manslaughter. (2) A person who commits manslaughter is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by imprisonment for 20 years. (3) However, for an aggravated offence against this section, the maximum penalty is imprisonment for 28 years.
