148 Removing or concealing buoys etc A person who does any act with intent to cut away, cast adrift, remove, alter, deface, sink, destroy, damage or conceal any vessel, buoy, buoy-rope, perch or mark used or intended for the guidance of sailors or for the purposes of navigation commits an offence.
