146 Alternative verdict If, on the trial of a person for an offence against section 144, the jury is not satisfied that the person is guilty of that offence but is satisfied that he or she is guilty of an offence against section 145, the jury may acquit the person of the offence charged and find him or her guilty of an offence against section 145.
