142 Removal of sea banks etc A person who without lawful authority or excuse removes any article or material fixed in or placed on the ground and used for securing a sea bank or seawall, or the bank, dam or wall of any river, canal, drain, aqueduct, marsh, reservoir, pool, port, harbour, dock, quay, wharf, jetty or lock commits an offence.
