141 Hindering working of mines A person who, with intent to hinder the working of a mine— (a) causes water to be conveyed or permitted to enter the mine or any subterraneous passage communicating with the mine; or (b) obstructs, or otherwise interferes with any airway, waterway, drain, pit, level or shaft of the mine;
