140B Threatening to act with intent to cause public alarm (1) A person must not threaten to do something that could endanger someone else’s life or health with the intention of causing public alarm or anxiety. (2) For this section, a threat may be made by any conduct, and may be explicit or implicit and conditional or unconditional.
