85 Presumption that wealth is not lawfully acquired
[Section 85 Inserted by No. 60 of 2013, s. 12, Applied:01 Mar 2014] For the purposes of this Part, any property or benefit that is a constituent of a person's wealth is presumed not to have been lawfully acquired by the person unless the person proves otherwise.
