### 82 When property is at risk of forfeiture or taken to be property of a person > *\[Section 82 Repealed by No. 20 of 1995, s. 5 and Sched. 3 \]* > > > (1)  For the purposes of this Part, property is at risk of forfeiture under this Part if the property is owned or effectively controlled, or has at any time been given away, by a person who has unexplained wealth. > > > (2)  For the purposes of this Part, property is taken to be the property of a person if the property is owned or effectively controlled by the person.
