### 77 Operation of other laws not affected > Nothing in this Act restricts or affects – > > > > (a) the operation of any other law of Tasmania providing for the forfeiture of property or the imposition of pecuniary penalties; or > > > > > (b) the remedies available to the State, apart from this Act, for the enforcement of its rights and the protection of its interests.
