### 43 Search and arrest of persons pursuant to warrants > A police officer who executes a search warrant issued under this Part may – > > > > (a) search any person found on the premises who the police officer reasonably suspects of having property of the kind specified in the warrant; and > > > > > (b) arrest any person found on the premises who the police officer reasonably suspects of having committed an offence in respect of property seized pursuant to [section 42](#GS42@EN) .
