37 Costs payable to Public Trustee
*[Section 37 Amended by No. 20 of 1995, s. 5 and Sched. 3 ]*If the Public Trustee takes custody and control of property in accordance with a restraining order, the Public Trustee is entitled to receive such fees in respect of –
(a) the exercise of the Public Trustee's powers; and
(b) the performance of the Public Trustee's duties –
in relation to the property as may be prescribed by or under the Public Trustee Act 1930 .
