### 37 Costs payable to Public Trustee
> *\[Section 37 Amended by No. 20 of 1995, s. 5 and Sched. 3 \]*If the Public Trustee takes custody and control of property in accordance with a restraining order, the Public Trustee is entitled to receive such fees in respect of –
