### 33 Registration of restraining orders > > (1)  If a restraining order applies to property of a particular kind and a law of Tasmania provides for the registration of title to, or charges over, property of that kind, the authority responsible for administering that law is, on the application of an authorized officer, to record on the register kept pursuant to that law the particulars of the restraining order and, if those particulars are so recorded, a person who subsequently deals with the property is, for the purposes of [section 34](#GS34@EN) , taken to have had notice of the restraining order at the time of the dealing. > > > (2)  If a restraining order applies to land under the [Land Titles Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1980-019) , a caveat may be lodged under that Act in relation to the order.
