### 21A Certain pecuniary penalty orders to be fines
> [*\[Section 21A Inserted by No. 20 of 2013, s. 28, Applied:20 Jun 2013\]*](/view/html/inforce/2013-06-20/act-2013-020#GS28@EN) Where a pecuniary penalty order was made before 1 June 2011 and has not been paid within 60 days after the commencement of [section 28](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2013-020#GS28@EN) of the [Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2013-020) , the order is to be taken to be a fine within the meaning of the [Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2005-057) and is enforceable as such.
