> > (1) Regulations under [section 205](#GS205@EN) may prescribe matters –

> > > > (a) required or permitted by this Part to be prescribed; or
> > >
> > > > (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to this Part.

> > (2) Without limiting [subsection (1)](#GS203@Gs1@EN) , the regulations may –

> > > > (a) provide for carrying out the destruction of property under an order under [section 164](#GS164@EN) ; and

> > > > (b) provide for carrying out the sale of deteriorating property under an order under [section 165](#GS165@EN) ; and
