### 180 Registration of interests in other property > [*\[Section 180 Inserted by No. 60 of 2013, s. 12, Applied:01 Mar 2014\]*](/view/html/inforce/2014-03-01/act-2013-060#GS12@EN) If – > > > > (a) property is registered under an Act other than the [Land Titles Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1980-019) or the [Registration of Deeds Act 1935](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1935-024) ; and > > > > > (b) the relevant registering authority under that Act is notified in accordance with this Part that – > > > > > > > > (i) a wealth-restraining order for the property has been made, or has ceased to be in force, in respect of the property; or > > > > > > > > > (ii) that the property has been forfeited under this Part – > > the relevant registering authority must make such amendments to the register as the case requires.
