### 173 Interstate registration of restraining orders, forfeiture orders, &c.

> > (1) If a corresponding law of another State provides for the registration and enforcement in that State of a wealth-restraining order, wealth forfeiture order or other order under this Part, the order may be expressed to apply to property in that State.
>
> > (2) An order expressed in accordance with [subsection (1)](#GS173@Gs1@EN) to apply to property in another State may be registered under the law of that State.
>
> > (3) An order registered in accordance with [subsection (2)](#GS173@Gs2@EN) has effect in that State to the extent provided by the law of that State.
>
> > (4) If the property to which an order referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS173@Gs1@EN) relates is movable property, the order has effect in the other State to the extent that –
> >
> > > > (a) the property was located in that State when the order was registered; and
> > >
> > > > (b) the property –

> > > > > > (ii) having been moved from that State, is once again located in that State.
