[Section 168 Inserted by No. 60 of 2013, s. 12, Applied:01 Mar 2014] If the Public Trustee has responsibility under this Part for the control or management of property, the Public Trustee may appoint a person to perform all or any of the Public Trustee's functions in relation to the property.
