> > (1) The Public Trustee has responsibility for the control and management of –

> > > > (a) restrained property, unless the Supreme Court otherwise orders under [section 121(b)](#GS121@Hpb@EN) or [section 162(2)](#GS162@Gs2@EN) ; and

> > > > (b) forfeited property until it is disposed of.
