> > (1) The DPP may apply to the Supreme Court for an unexplained wealth declaration to be made against a person.

> > (2) An application under [subsection (1)](#GS141@Gs1@EN) may be made –

> > > > (a) in conjunction with an application under [Part 2](#HP2@EN) of this Act; or
> > >
> > > > (b) in proceedings, under [Division 4](#HP9@HD4@EN) , for the hearing of an objection to the application of a specified restraining order in respect of property; or

> > > > (c) at any other time.
