### 125 Co-owned restrained property
> [*\[Section 125 Inserted by No. 60 of 2013, s. 12, Applied:01 Mar 2014\]*](/view/html/inforce/2014-03-01/act-2013-060#GS12@EN) If property is, or is to be, restrained property and the person named in the wealth-restraining order is one of the co-owners of the property, the Supreme Court is to order that the whole of the property is restrained property unless –
>
> > > (a) the property is divisible; or
> >
> > > (b) it is otherwise practicable for only the share of the person named in the wealth-restraining order to be restrained.
