103 Monitoring orders
[Section 103 Inserted by No. 60 of 2013, s. 12, Applied:01 Mar 2014] On hearing an application under section 102 , the Supreme Court may make a monitoring order, in relation to a financial organisation specified in the application, that requires that financial organisation to give to the DPP information about transactions carried out through an account –
(a) specified in the order; or
(b) held with the organisation by a person specified in the order.
