sec.19 Declared agencies
For schedule 2 of the Act , definition declared agency , an entity mentioned in schedule 1 is a declared agency. Subsection (1) is subject to any restriction stated in schedule 1 for the entity. (sec.19-ssec.1) For schedule 2 of the Act , definition declared agency , an entity mentioned in schedule 1 is a declared agency. (sec.19-ssec.2) Subsection (1) is subject to any restriction stated in schedule 1 for the entity.
