sec.17A Application of pt 3A
This part applies if— the mortgagor under a mortgage that is a hire-purchase agreement has defaulted under the mortgage; and the mortgagee has exercised, or purported to exercise, a right under the mortgage to take possession of the farm equipment. s 17A ins 2002 No. 52 s 10
- (a) the mortgagor under a mortgage that is a hire-purchase agreement has defaulted under the mortgage; and
- (b) the mortgagee has exercised, or purported to exercise, a right under the mortgage to take possession of the farm equipment.
