77 Annual report etc.
(1) The annual report prepared by the Board and given to the Minister under section 46 of the PGPA Act for a period must include: (a) the text of any directions given during that period under subsection 14(1); and (b) the details of any guarantees given by Creative Australia during that period. (2) The Minister must cause any report or document that the Board gives the Minister under paragraph 19(1)(b) of the PGPA Act to be tabled in each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable.
