59 Procedures
(1) The Creative Workplaces Council may, subject to any direction given under subsection (2), determine its own procedures. (2) The Board may give the Creative Workplaces Council written directions about the Council’s procedures. (3) A direction given under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
