35E Board directions
(1) The Board may give directions to the First Nations Board relating to the performance of the First Nations Board’s functions. The First Nations Board must comply with any such directions. (2) The Board must not give a direction under subsection (1) in relation to the making of a decision by the First Nations Board, in a particular case, relating to the provision of financial assistance. (3) If a direction given under subsection (1) is given in writing, the direction is not a legislative instrument.
