21 Membership
(1) The Board consists of the following members: (a) the Chair; (b) the Deputy Chair; (c) the CEO; (d) not fewer than 5, and not more than 11, other members. (2) The performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, of the Board is not affected by reason only of the number of Board members falling below 8 (but not below 6) for a period of not more than 6 months.
