Tasmania regulation
This order fixes 1 June 2021 as the day section 14 of the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 2020 stops operating and takes effect when its Gazette notice appears. It also provides that the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to this instrument as if it were by‑laws.
The order imposes no new fees. Its immediate practical effect is to remove the legal authority in section 14 from 1 June 2021, so any person, business or agency relying on that authority must cease relying on it after that date (s4).
