Tasmania regulation
This short notice declares 30 April 2023 to be the ‘emergency cessation day’ under the COVID‑19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 and takes effect once it is notified in the Gazette. Mechanically, it fixes the date on which the Act’s emergency period ends, so agencies, businesses and individuals who have been operating under its temporary measures must revert to ordinary legal rules and related compliance obligations from that date.
