5 Objectives of Part 2
The objectives of this Part are to allow for the modification of the application of the Constitution Act 1934 and the Electoral Act 2004 in relation to the 2020 election, so as to enable that election to be held, so far as possible, on a day on which the holding of that election will not substantially increase the risk of the spread of the disease.
