6 Emergency manager to approve making of notices
A notice under this Act, other than –
(a) a notice under section 20 that relates to a court other than a court of petty sessions or the Magistrates Court; or
(b) a notice under section 22 or section 23 ; or
(c) a notice under section 27 –
may only be issued with the approval of the emergency manager.
