25J Delegation by responsible person
[Section 25J Inserted by No. 17 of 2020, s. 4, Applied:03 Sep 2020] The responsible person may delegate, to a person who, under the Police Service Act 2003 , is a Deputy Commissioner or Assistant Commissioner, a power of the responsible person specified in section 25D , section 25E or section 25I .
