50 Relationship between this Act and other powers and laws

(1) This Act does not limit the powers that any of the following has apart from this Act: (a) a court; (b) a member of a court; (c) an administrative head of a court; (d) a person who is a security officer or an authorised court officer. (2) A power under this Act does not extend to doing anything expressly forbidden by an order of a court or judicial officer. (3) This Act is not intended to exclude or limit the operation of a law of a State or Territory that is capable of operating concurrently with this Act.
