45A Application for variation or revocation
(1) A variation or revocation of a court security order may be made on application by either of the following persons: (a) the person specified in the order; (b) the administrative head of the court to which the order relates. (2) If a person mentioned in subsection (1) applies for variation or revocation of a court security order: (a) he or she must inform the other person mentioned in that subsection of the application; and (b) both those persons are entitled to be heard on the application.
