44 When a court security order has effect
(1) A court security order specifying a person takes effect when the person is given written notice of the order or, if the person is present at the making of the order, when the order is made. (2) An order under section 41 ceases to have effect at the end of the period specified in the order. (3) An interim order made as a result of an application under section 42 ceases to have effect: (a) if an order (the substantive order) is made on determination of the application—at the time the substantive order takes effect; and (b) otherwise—when the application is determined.
