24 Non‑compliance with a request under Division 2 or direction under Division 3
A security officer may prevent a person from entering court premises, or remove a person from court premises, if: (a) a security officer or an authorised court officer has made a request of the person under Division 2 or given the person a direction under Division 3; and (b) the person does not comply with the request or direction.
