13 Exception to requirement to issue identity card
An administrative head of a court is not required to issue an identity card under section 12 to a person if: (a) the person holds an identity card issued to the person by: (i) a State or Territory authority responsible for licensing persons to guard property; or (ii) a person or body prescribed by the regulations; and (b) the identity card contains a recent photograph of the person.
