# Part 3 Court security powers Part 3 Court security powers Note. The exercise of certain powers conferred on security officers by this Part are subject to the provisions of Part 5. Section 19 limits the circumstances in which these powers (other than the power conferred by section 15) may be exercised. Section 20 also makes provision for certain safeguards that security officers are to observe when exercising these powers (other than the powers conferred by sections 10 and 11).
