#### 7 Judicial officer may close court premises for security reasons 7 Judicial officer may close court premises for security reasons > > (1) If a judicial officer considers it necessary for securing order and safety in court premises or a part of court premises, the judicial officer may— > > > > > (a) order members of the public generally, or specified members of the public, to leave the court premises or a part of the court premises, or > > > > > (b) order members of the public generally, or specified members of the public, not to be admitted to the court premises or a part of the court premises. > > > (1A) An order of a judicial officer under this section may have effect for no more than 28 days.
