#### 24 Obstruction and impersonation of security officer 24 Obstruction and impersonation of security officer > A person must not— > > > (a) wilfully delay, hinder or obstruct a security officer in the exercise of the officer’s functions under this Act, or > > > (b) falsely represent himself or herself to be a security officer in court premises. > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months (or both).
