768 Receiver—address for service (1) Not later than 7 days after the day a receiver is appointed, the receiver must file a notice that states the receiver’s address for service. address for service means— (a) if the receiver has a home or place of business in the ACT— (i) the receiver’s home or business address; and (ii) an email address; or (i) the address of a place in the ACT; and Rule 769 (ii) an email address.
