766 Receiver—agreement to act as etc (1) A person must not be appointed as a receiver unless the person’s written agreement to act as receiver is filed in the court. (2) The court may set aside a receiver’s appointment at any time for an appropriate reason and make the orders it considers appropriate about the receivership and the receiver’s remuneration.
