71 Numbering etc of proceedings
(1) When an originating process is sealed, the registrar must give a
distinguishing number or other unique identifier to the proceeding
started by the process.
(2) The registrar must ensure that the originating process and each copy
sealed under rule 70 is endorsed with—
(b) the date when—
(i) the process was filed in the court; or
(ii) if the proceeding was started by an oral originating
application—the application was made.
